Finnish laws governing Make Money Fast/Chain Letter Schemes

The following is an excerpt from the Finnish "Law on Fund Raising Campaigns" [that is a very rough translation of the title] as donated by a Finnish contributor:

Rahankeräyslaki, Tu 630: 2ß 3. momentti.

I'm not qute certain how to translate the title of the law, literally it's "law on money collection", it regulates money gathering.

The maximum punishment for starting a money-collecting chain letter is 6 months in prison, participating is punishable by fines. Any money gathered by chain letters may be confiscated.

While it's not the whole law, the police department of the ministry of the interior has a page up where they discuss chain letters. The title translates as "MONEY COLLECTION LETTERS ARE ILLEGAL"...
